Policies & Terms

Important information to ensure a smooth glamping experience

Reschedule Policy

  • The first two reschedules are free of charge. If an event is rescheduled 3 or more times, a $50 fee will be applied to cover potential lost bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  • We may charge you for any purchased glamping items regardless of notice period.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations without any prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

Prepping the Space

  • Space Requirements: A very flat area of approximately 24′ in diameter, with grass to accommodate stakes (approximately 16′ diameter for the tent itself but we need 24’ total for staking).
  • Clear debris: Remove rocks & objects.
  • Sprinklers off: 24–48 hours before setup.
  • Pet cleanup: Remove all waste and keep them clear from area while we are present.

Damage & Care Policy

  • Keep pets away from all rentals. Broken, stained, or excessively dirty items will incur additional fees, including a $200 fee for pet urine on tents.
  • Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear is expected and included in our service.
  • Irreparable Damage: If equipment is returned with irreparable damage (e.g., permanent stains, rips, slime, or tears), the primary contact will be notified, and the credit card on file will be charged for the repair or replacement.
  • Missing Items: Please ensure all rental items are accounted for before guests depart. Any missing items will result in a replacement fee.
  • All items must be returned in good condition at the scheduled takedown time.

Social Media

  • We may film or photograph the setup and/or tear-down process of your event for sharing on social media platforms.
  • We will ensure no personal or sensitive information is included. If you have concerns about this, please notify us in advance.
