  • Typically adults get the full twins and kids get the slim twins, please let us know if you have a preference

    • Availability:

    Bell tent bookings are LIMITED! We only take one bell tent booking per weekend with set delivery/set-up and breakdown/pickup times. Delivery and set-up times are between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

    Preparing Your Yard for a Magical Glamping Experience

    To ensure a seamless and enjoyable setup, please note the following requirements:

  • Space Requirements: A flat area of approximately 24′ in diameter, with grass to accommodate stakes (approximately 16′ diameter for the tent itself).
  • Pre-Arrival Checklist:
    1. Clear the tent site of rocks and debris to ensure a smooth setup.
    2. Turn off sprinklers 12-24 hours in advance to prevent unexpected soaking.
    3. Remove dog waste and keep pets away from the tent to avoid damage or unpleasant odors. A $15 wait charge will apply if our team needs to clean up after arrival.
  • Important Safety Reminders:
    1. No Open Flames: While our bell tent is fireproof, the interior bedding and decor are not. Please refrain from having open flames inside the tent.
    2. Respect the Center Pole: Climbing or dancing on the center pole can compromise the tent's structure and lead to accidents or damage. Please keep the center pole clear of activity.

    Outdoor Glamping Pet Policy
    Pet Deposit:

    If you have dogs or any type of animal that will have access to the area with our equipment, a $50 non-refundable pet deposit will be added to your invoice.

    Clean-Up Policy:

    If your setup space is not ready due to pet-related messes (e.g., dog poop), and we have to wait for you to clean it, a $50 waiting fee will be applied. If delays prevent us from completing your setup on time, we may need to leave and return later, which could affect your setup schedule.

    Care Around Equipment:

    Please keep pets away from all rental items to avoid additional fees for pet hair, odors, stains, or damage.

    Urine Cleaning Fee:

    If your pet urinates on or around the outside of the tent, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

    Damage & Cleaning Fees:

    Please be aware that if any items are broken, stained, extra dirty, or otherwise damaged, additional fees may be incurred.

    We kindly ask that you monitor your pets closely during the event to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our equipment.
