Bell tent bookings are LIMITED! We only take one bell tent booking per weekend with set delivery/set-up and breakdown/pickup times. Delivery and set-up starts at 7:00 a.m.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable setup, please note the following requirements:

Space Requirements: A flat area of approximately 24′ in diameter, with grass to accommodate stakes (approximately 16′ diameter for the tent itself).

Pre-Arrival Checklist:

1. Clear the tent site of rocks and debris to ensure a smooth setup.
2. Turn off sprinklers 12-24 hours in advance to prevent unexpected soaking.
3. Remove dog waste and keep pets away from the tent to avoid damage or unpleasant odors. A $15 wait charge will apply if our team needs to clean up after arrival.

Important Safety Reminders:

1. No Open Flames: While our bell tent is fireproof, the interior bedding and decor are not. Please refrain from having open flames inside the tent.
2. Respect the Center Pole: Climbing or dancing on the center pole can compromise the tent's structure and lead to accidents or damage. Please keep the center pole clear of activity.
