Our bell tent base is 16 feet wide, but we require a total of 24 feet of flat, level ground to allow for proper staking and safety clearance. Please measure carefully before booking—if the area isn’t flat or large enough for safe setup, we won’t be able to set up or refund once we arrive.
Please turn off sprinklers the night (or even day) before setup—dry grass helps prevent damage or discoloration. Make sure the area is clean and free of animal waste or debris so we can safely and efficiently set up your tent.
Each bell tent can comfortably fit up to 5 full-size twin mattresses or 7 slim twin mattresses. Need more space? We’re happy to set up multiple tents—just reach out to discuss options!
Our bell tents are made with premium Pro Canvas—durable, breathable, and water-resistant for all four seasons. However, they’re not safe to stay in during thunderstorms due to metal poles that can conduct electricity. If you hear thunder, please move indoors. For safety, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel setups or pickups during severe weather. We also don’t set up or take down tents in active rain. These details are covered in your Client Service Agreement.
Nope! We’re a full-service company — we handle all setup, pack-up, and laundry. You don’t need to wash or fold a thing. We just ask that the space is cleared of kiddos and animals for pickup; we’ll take care of removing all our equipment.
