Smoke & Odor Policy

To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our equipment and ensure a pleasant experience for all clients, we kindly request that no smoking, vaping, or cooking (especially bacon or other strongly scented foods) take place near Foothills Picnics' items or setups.

Should any lingering odors or damage occur due to smoke or food scents, a cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees range from $50 and up, depending on the time required for additional laundry or cleaning to restore the equipment to its original condition.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed in tents.

Keep pets away from rental items to avoid additional fees for pet hair or odor.

Please keep a close eye on your pets when they're near our equipment. If your pet urinates on the outside of the tent, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

Food and Beverage

Food and drinks are allowed in tents.

Use the provided breakfast tray for food and beverages.

Keep rental items stain-free to avoid additional fees.

Nope! We don't want you wasting precious time doing another load of laundry. We wash all linens with hypoallergenic laundry detergent upon return to our office. Mattresses, tents, rugs, breakfast trays and decor are disinfected and spot-treated.

Our bell tents are made with Pro Canvas, a premium material that offers exceptional water resistance, breathability, and durability. With its proprietary Pro treatment, our tents provide long-term protection against the elements, making them ideal for camping in all four seasons.

While our tents are weatherproof, they do not provide protection during thunderstorms. Metal components, like the center pole, can conduct electricity, making it unsafe to stay inside. If you hear thunder, please follow the safety adage: "when thunder roars, stay indoors." We prioritize your safety and recommend seeking shelter until the storm passes.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or delay delivery/pickup due to adverse weather conditions. We will not set up or break down the bell tent during a rainstorm. These terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions/Client Service Agreement, which you will review and sign prior to booking.
