We serve Fort Collins and surrounding areas, including Loveland, Windsor, and Longmont. We can set up in homes, backyards, parks, or venues of your choice. A small drive-time fee may apply for longer distances, and any required park permits or entrance fees are the client’s responsibility.
Yes! Weather-related reschedules are always free and can be done without limitation. For non-weather-related cancellations or reschedules, please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate your new date. Please note that perishable items or custom purchases are non-refundable.
If you arrive late, the picnic will still conclude at the original end time. You may extend your picnic for $30 per hour or $15 per half hour, if our schedule allows. If you need to leave early, please text or call(970) 690-3089 so our team can return — we prefer setups to remain attended whenever possible.
We handle all cleanup and understand that small spills happen! However, if any items are stained, broken, or stolen, the card on file may be charged. Please keep the setup attended, and if you plan to leave earlier than expected, notify us right away so we can retrieve our items safely.
Absolutely! For our Choose Your Own Venue option, a small drive-time surcharge may apply. Some parks or venues may require additional permit, entrance, or reservation fees. We’ll confirm all location details within 48 hours of booking.
We occasionally capture short clips or photos of our setups for social media. We never include personal details or guest images without permission. If you prefer not to have your event filmed or photographed, just let us know in advance.
